January 2001: Relaxing…

It was a stormy afternoon…

Santa brought us a delicious pressy! A new pool just the ticket for cooling off after a big day in the vineyard.

There was a magic spot just ready for the new pool! We got the thing together without looking at the video first. It still seems to have come together just the way we wanted it!

The water was warmer in the bath.

After siphoning off the first bath's worth of hot water for the pool, Jokke and Helena decided the luxury was too good to ignore.

Jokke's feet were a sight to behold. (The outdoor bath sure sucks the oil outta ya skin.)

I guess 3 and a half hours underwater would make a prune out of anyone!

The barbeque was cranking out the good food and the wine kept flowing.

Vaughan kept the service sharp

…while Ross showed us what he really thought of it all! It was thirsty work anyway - the magnificent christening of the new pool!
